Meet The Founder
Kristina Rains, Owner, Designer, Stager
JT Designs Inc was established in 1997 by June Whitehead and Jeanette Spencer. June and Kristina met in 2020 and instantly hit it off, which is when Kristina joined the JT Designs team.
Kristina has had a passion for design since early childhood. Since Kristina was strong enough to push her furniture around, she’s been rearranging and organizing. Her parents would often find her room rearranged to a new setup every month. Christmas wishes were always new bedding and accessories to style them. Childhood friends remember when Kristina was little, she was busy decorating and rearranging dollhouse furniture instead of playing with dolls.
Born and raised in Kansas City and graduated from the University of Central Missouri. Kristina married Jason Rains in 2004 and they have 2 children, Caden and Maddyn.
Kristina works with you to understand your style, what you like, and how you use the different rooms of your home to create something truly unique. Your home is your sanctuary and should express your style.
